Back off from your monitor and let your eyes relax. If you concentrate on it lightly, you can let the two similar images converge. And when you do, you can then "refocus" and the image will become 3-dimensional. No special glasses required! Isn't that cool?

Stereo uses two simultaneous side-by-side lenses, so it stops motion. You can even see the suspended water droplets.
