All civilized people alive in the sixties knew who the Beatles were. And no matter how you might have felt about them, their impact was undeniable. It wasn't their personalities, although they seemed infectiously upbeat. It wasn't their looks, but they were nearly impeccable specimens. It was what they found in themselves that came out as song "anthems"
that will keep them alive throughout posterity.
Anyway, believe it or not I'm way over them, but since there are new teenagers inducted every day I feel I need to pass the torch. The Beatles, and how their music made us feel, meant a lot and can offer a lot to you. My teenage kids embrace the Beatles. They see it. Watch A Hard Day's Night. It still rings true. Here are some links to various Beatle sites on the web.
