On May 29th, 1986, David Peel arranged for us to attend the Great 60s Ball, a special event at a (reputedly) gay bar called "The Saint" but was the old "Filmore East". while in New York City in 1986 to "promote" the self-titled "The Grownups" 12-inch EP (which did not quite get out of the factory in time for this trip). Here are shots from that night, including pictures of David, Jesse Jackson (and his posse), John Comerford, Abby Hoffman and Jaco Pastorius.
